John Training



	Training
	Traditional and classically trained John is first and foremost a diamond mounter, an expert at setting all precious stones and gems. He trained at Sir John Cass College in London and then spent five years with a diamond mounter as an apprentice in Hatton Garden, London. During this period he worked on jewellery for some of the finest shops in the country, making only pieces of the highest quality.
	Having served his apprenticeship John moved back to Lacock to improve his craftsmanship working with his father Graham, mother Jean and sister Jane. He was now able to branch out and produce his own designs as well as commissioned work to be sold through the family shop.
