We guarantee all our jewellery for a period of 12 months from date of receipt.
We will either repair or replace the item if there is a defect, but we shall not be held responsible for the following;
(1) defects that relate to accidental damage neglect or misuse,
(2) defects resulting from wear and tear or lack of proper care and cleaning.
(3) where a product has been repaired or modified by someone other than ourselves.
We must be properly notified of any problems before the guarantee period is ended.
We shall need to inspect the item before we can make any final decision.
