Upon receipt of your order if you are not completely satisfied with the product you may return it to us and we shall refund you the full purchase price, less delivery costs, subject to the following conditions;
(1) You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
(2) The product must be in the same condition as when it was received by yourself, not damaged or show signs of use.
(3) The product is insured by ourselves up to the point it is delivered to you. It will be your responsibility to ensure it is returned to us safely.
