Postage to UK is sent by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY which is guaranteed by the next working day at noon for UK. Once the parcel has left us we can give you a tracking number so that you may track it on line at ROYAL MAIL TRACKING.
Postage to Europe other than UK is sent by ROYAL MAIL INTL REGISTERED (click for details).
Postage Outside Europe is sent by PARCEL FORCE (click for details) which also has a tracking option for which we can send you your parcel number once it leaves us.
All the jewellery sent is Fully Insured by us until it is delivered to you at which point it becomes your responsibility, any loss or breakages upon arrival must be informed to us immediately so that we may be able to claim full compensation and supply you with a replacement.
